《山鹰之歌》（El Cóndor Pasa），是一首秘鲁歌曲，由作曲家Daniel Alomía Robles于1913年按照安第斯山区民谣谱写而成，作为同名音乐剧的主题曲。

1970年，著名音乐组合Simon & Garfunkel（保罗•西蒙和加芬克）在其专辑《Bridge over Troubled Water》（忧愁河上的金桥）中演唱了这首歌曲，命名为《El Cóndor Pasa (If I Could)》，并重新进行了填词，使之成为世界名曲。

中文歌曲的名字是《旧梦何处寻》，邓丽君演唱过。LEO ROJAS也曾演绎该歌曲。
